- your e-mail address

- your contact telephone number with international dialling code

- your current grade

- any dietary requirements or allergies

- whether you will attend the 2 course dinners included with your registration fee

 

This information is very important for disseminating details prior to the start of the course.

 

Remember, everything other than your hotel and your travel costs are included in your fee.

 

Please note, your place is not confirmed until your full payment in £’s Sterling is received by the Course Administrator. Please ensure any bank charges are paid in addition to the full course fee. If full payment is not received within 2 weeks of your application, your reservation will unfortunately be released as places on this course are in extremely high demand.
